If you choose to exchange a product simply fill out the form below and we'll contact you to arrange delivery. If you choose to exchange a product, we'll pay for your exchange to be shipped to you.
If you choose a refund, the amount refunded is for the items only and doesn't include postage charges.

Our brand partners offer warranties against "manufacturing defects", generally they won't honour a claim against fair wear and tear or misuse. The warranty for products lies with the manufacturer, and you'll need to contact us on 07 41523458 to complete the warranty. We'll let you know what information the manufacturer will need and handle all of the communication with them on your behalf.
